Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum of 10 plain polos. For embroidered polos, we require
a minimum of 24 garments.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In stock orders will arrive by ground shipping. You will be notified in 3-4 business days if there are any inventory shortages. Please allow 3-4 weeks for an embroidery order.

Can I see a sample?

Yes! We can send you a plain sample for your review upon request. We will also provide you with a digital mockup before we begin any embroidery.

Can I return an embroidered polo?

Unfortunately, no. Adding embroidery makes the polo a custom order and it can not be returned. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a material defect, or the decoration is not what was approved in your pre-production proof. All claims must be made within 5 business days of order receipt.

What is the preferred format for my art/logo file? How do I submit it?

Art and logo files should be high resolution. Vector files are always preferred, and the following formats are accepted: JPG, PDF, AI. Please upload the file when submitting a quote request or email it to  sales@cousinsthreads.com  For screen printing, we can convert a non vector file for $60.

What setup fees are involved with setting up my artwork prior to embroidering?

Pricing for logo development depends upon the complexity of the design work, size, number of colors used, as well as the number of revisions required before approval. Please request a logo design estimate from us if you do not yet have a logo.

All Embroidery orders will incur a onetime setup fee of $50. After that Cousin’s will keep your artwork on file, and you can come back to us anytime for repeat orders, without additional setup fees.

When will I receive an art proof? What is the process for approving it?

Art proofs will be sent within 2-3 business days Please review your proof carefully for layout, size, and spelling (if text has been added). Once you have signed the proof, your order will go into production.

Can I receive a physical pre-production sample?

You will automatically receive an emailed proof of your new logo. A physical pre-production sample is available, but please note that this will delay order production, and any changes to the art file once the digital proof has been approved will be subject to an additional fee. 

Do you accept rush orders?

All efforts will be made to meet your in-hands date, please notify our team if you require your order rushed. Cousin’s will notify you immediately if we can accommodate.

What is your return policy?

If you are ordering polos that have not been printed, we do except returns for up to 30 days from purchase date, as long as the items have not been worn or used and still have tags on them.  On all printed jobs, each order is custom produced and cannot be returned. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a material defect, or the decoration is not what was approved in your pre-production proof. All claims must be made within 5 business days of order receipt.

Can I screen print on a polo?

Due to the pique texture of a traditional polo shirt, we do not recommend screen
printing. Embroidery is the best method to add logos to your polo shirt.
